Uncompromising
Quality Assurance
Quality is embedded in every stage of our production process. Our fodder undergoes regular laboratory testing to verify nutritional composition, ensuring consistent protein, fibre, and mineral content that meets livestock dietary requirements.
From Soil to Bale —
Our Production Process
A disciplined 5-step agronomic cycle ensures every batch of fodder meets our quality benchmark before it leaves the farm.
Deep tillage, soil pH testing, and organic composting prepare our fields for high-yield, nutrient-rich crop establishment.
Selected seed varieties are planted at optimal density. Furrow and drip irrigation maintain consistent soil moisture throughout the season.
Weekly field inspection for pest pressure, growth rates, and nutritional development ensures crop quality is managed proactively.
Crops are harvested at peak nutritional maturity — before seed-head formation for maximum digestibility and palatability.
Product is baled at correct moisture, lab-tested, and stored in covered facilities pending quality approval and dispatch.
