Livestock Sourcing
We source cattle from pastoral communities and livestock markets across Laikipia, Garissa, and northern Kenya — building lasting relationships that ensure consistent supply and fair pricing for farmers.
Feedlot Finishing
Sourced cattle are brought to our Nanyuki feedlot for a structured finishing program of 90–120 days. Animals receive balanced rations of silage, concentrates, and minerals to achieve optimal market weight.
Market Trading
We supply finished cattle and beef carcasses to leading processors, butcheries, hotels, and supermarkets. Our market network spans major centres including Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, and Garissa.
Livestock Transport
Dedicated livestock transport vehicles ensure cattle are moved humanely and efficiently from source to feedlot and from feedlot to market — maintaining animal welfare and minimising transit stress.
Animal Health Management
All cattle undergo health screening on arrival, with regular vaccination, deworming, and veterinary oversight throughout the feedlot period to reduce mortality and maximise weight performance.
Record Keeping & Traceability
Individual animal records are maintained from sourcing through to sale — enabling full traceability, performance tracking, and compliance with processor and export market requirements.
